Build real confidence outside, one skill at a time. This weekly, small-group class is designed for newer climbers who want a clear path from “curious” to competent. Each session blends hands-on practice with decision-making and risk awareness so you leave knowing not just what to do, but why.
You’ll learn: foundations (knots, belaying, communication), top-rope systems, anchor fundamentals, sport climbing basics (leading progression, clipping, cleaning), movement development, partner checks, Leave No Trace ethics, and practical risk mitigation.

This guided “first multi pitch climbing” experience takes you onto one of the Flatirons—Second, Third, or First—matched to your skill level and appetite for adventure. All levels welcome.
Second Flatiron – our most beginner-friendly option: flowing, low-angle climbing and sweeping views.
Third Flatiron – a classic adventure with an exciting double rappel descent.
First Flatiron – a slightly more challenging option, with ridge lines, mountain views and single rappel finish.
