FAQ

1. What if my group has more than 9 participants?

For larger groups, we offer custom program structures. This may include rotating pods of up to 9 climbers throughout the day or spreading your program across multiple days within the same week. If you're planning for a larger organization, school, or retreat, simply request a custom group and we’ll design a structure that fits your numbers and goals.

3. How far in advance should we book?

Popular spring and summer dates fill quickly, especially Fridays and weekends. Booking 4–8 weeks in advance is recommended for most groups. If you have a specific date tied to a retreat, conference, or school calendar, earlier is better.

2. How much physical ability is required for group participants?

Climbing routes are selected based on the group’s ability and comfort level. Participants can climb as high as they choose, and there are always options that allow everyone to engage. This experience is about participation and growth—not athletic performance.

4. Can we align the experience with a specific goal or theme?

Yes. Many groups use this program to reinforce leadership development, communication, trust-building, or personal growth. During booking, you can share your goals, and the day will be structured to support the outcomes that matter most to your group.
